به گزارش نسیم امروز، خادمی در این یادداشت خطاب به آقای آنتونیو کوستا نوشت:

با احترام؛

سخنان اخیر شما درباره لزوم ازسرگیری بازرسی‌های آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی از تأسیسات هسته‌ای ایران، و تأکید مجددتان بر عدم دستیابی ایران به سلاح هسته‌ای، با پرسش‌ها و تأملاتی جدی از سوی افکار عمومی جهانی، به‌ویژه در منطقه غرب آسیا، همراه شده است.

مایلم از جناب‌عالی بپرسم:

آیا سایر کشورهایی که ده‌ها کلاهک هسته‌ای در زرادخانه‌های خود انباشته‌اند – به‌ویژه رژیم اشغالگر و جنگ‌طلب صهیونیستی که سابقه‌اش مملو از تجاوز، کودک‌کشی، و نقض مکرر قوانین بین‌المللی است – از نگاه شما دارای «برنامه‌ای صلح‌آمیز» هستند؟

چرا هیچ‌گاه سخنی از بازرسی تأسیسات هسته‌ای این رژیم به میان نمی‌آید؟

آیا این کشورها از پیمان منع گسترش سلاح‌های هسته‌ای (NPT) مستثنا هستند؟

آیا انصاف است که آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی – که باید نهاد ناظر بی‌طرف باشد – صرفاً تمرکز خود را بر کشوری قرار دهد که بارها همکاری‌اش با این نهاد را اثبات کرده و تعهدات خود را به‌رغم بدعهدی‌های طرف مقابل رعایت کرده است و بر اساس تاکیدات مکرر رئیس آژانس بین المللی نرژی هسته‌ای فاقد سلاح هسته‌ای است؟

متأسفانه چنین رویکردهایی، این شائبه را تقویت می‌کند که گویا آژانس و برخی نهادهای بین‌المللی تنها برای مهار علمی و سیاسی برخی کشورها – به‌ویژه جمهوری اسلامی ایران – طراحی و فعال شده‌اند، در حالی که کشورهای دارنده واقعی سلاح هسته‌ای نه تنها مورد مؤاخذه قرار نمی‌گیرند، بلکه از حمایت‌های آشکار نیز برخوردارند.

ای کاش همان‌گونه که ایران را به پایبندی به NPT فرا می‌خوانید، یک بار هم از رژیم صهیونیستی می‌خواستید به این پیمان بپیوندد و زیر نظر آژانس قرار گیرد.

Khademi wrote in this note to Mr. Antonio Costa:

With respect;

Your recent statements about the need to resume the International Atomic Energy Agency’s inspections of Iran’s nuclear facilities, and your renewed emphasis on Iran’s failure to acquire nuclear weapons, have been accompanied by serious questions and reflections from global public opinion, especially in the West Asian region.

I would like to ask Your Excellency:

Do other countries that have accumulated dozens of nuclear warheads in their arsenals – especially the occupying and war-mongering Zionist regime, whose history is full of aggression, infanticide, and repeated violations of international law – have a “peaceful program” in your view?

 Why is there never any talk of inspecting the regime’s nuclear facilities?

Are these countries exempt from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT)?

Is it fair for the International Atomic Energy Agency – which should be an impartial monitoring body – to focus solely on a country that has repeatedly proven its cooperation with this organization and has complied with its commitments despite the other party’s misconduct, and, according to the repeated assertions of the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, does not possess nuclear weapons?

Unfortunately, such approaches reinforce the suspicion that the Agency and some international organizations are designed and activated only to scientifically and politically contain some countries – especially the Islamic Republic of Iran – while countries that actually possess nuclear weapons are not only not held accountable, but also enjoy open support.

I wish that just as you call on Iran to adhere to the NPT, you would once again ask the Zionist regime to join this treaty and be under the supervision of the Agency.
